Speaking and writing are our human unique skills. Our work foucus on how people turn their thoughts into speech or visual forms. The questions we address are as follows:
1. How does speakers manage the flow of information in speaking and writing.
2. The interplays between lexical access and wordform encoding in speaking.
3. What happens in the brain when we are speaking or writing.
4. What are the unique properties of speaking and writing Chinese.
